About Bridgewater Communities:

Founded in 2003, Bridgewater Communities is a St. Louis based builder and developer with many years of experience in designing and developing Luxury Villa Homes. Bridgewater Communities is wholly owned by local business man, Tim Miller and the company is the recipient of numerous Homer Awards from the St. Louis Home Builders Association (the Oscar award of the local residential building industry).

About Owner Tim Miller:

Over the years, Tim has quickly become known in the St. Louis building community as a builder with a passion for implementing continual improvement. Bridgewater Communities is a perfect extension of Tim’s passion for steadily improving the performance of any and all processes involved in residential construction, customer service, and business management. In fact, the company mission statement “To be better today than yesterday and to be better tomorrow than today” bears this out.

Tim Miller is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia, where he majored in Housing Design. He is active in the National Association of Homebuilders, the national Builder 20 Program, and the St. Louis Home Builders Association. Tim Miller currently sits on the St. Louis County Board for the St. Louis Home Builders Association.
