To show our appreciation for that confidence and trust, we offer Bridgewater Communities Realtor Rewards. As a member of Bridgewater Communities Relator Rewards, you will receive an escalating commission rate for each villa you sell in any of our communities!

Members will also be eligible to participate in Bridgewater Communities Quick Pay Plan. Our Quick Pay Plan will pay you 50% of your commission upon submission of an approved firm contract. The remainder of your commission will be paid upon closing.

In addition, Realtor Rewards also offers "inside" information about new "Jump Start" inventory villas under construction prior to being listed in MLS, location information about new communities before construction begins, and other periodic Bridgewater Communities Realtor Rewards benefits!
