We understand moving into your new villa probably requires from planning. Because everyone has different needs, we offer several different time frames and contract options to get you into your new villa at just the right time.
#1 – We Want to Plan our New Villa and We Have Time for Construction
This is the most common for our villa buyers. A firm contract securing your homesite, this option gives plenty time for planning and the fastest move-in schedule. Our process is a seven-month time frame. You’ll have thirty days of preparation to select features, finishes, and personalizations and six months to relax while you watch the construction of your new villa. You’ll move in as soon as your villa is completed.
#2 – I Want to Secure My Homesite, but I Need to Go on Vacation.
Our Delayed Closing option is also a firm way to secure your homesite, but the process is extended for up to 9 months. So, go on take that trip, prep your home for selling, or do whatever you want. You’ll still have thirty days of preparation time. Your new villa will be ready when you are.
#3 – I Sold My House and Need to Move, NOW!
Check out our Jump Start Villa selection. These villas are already under construction or are move-in ready. Minimize your need for temporary housing. This option will “Jump” you right into your new villa quickly! Jump Start Villas may be available for closing right away.
#4 -We Want to Sell Our Existing House First
A contract contingent on the sale of your existing house allows the preparation process to move forward and up to 120 days to sell your house. While your homesite is still available for others to purchase, you will be notified and allowed 24 hours to firm your contract, move to another homesite, or get a full refund of your deposits. We will be ready to start construction of your new villa when you release your contingency.
